About the event
Family Promise is a vital ministry in our community, providing shelter, stability, and support to families experiencing homelessness. Rather than separating families or placing them in unsafe conditions, Family Promise keeps families together and surrounds them with care, dignity, and a path forward. Through a network of local churches—including Summit—families receive not just a place to stay, but encouragement, connection, and hope as they work toward sustainable housing.

What does hosting involve?
During our hosting week, volunteers are needed to:
Prepare and share a meal with the families
Spend time in fellowship, building relationships and offering encouragement
